Cyprus Intelligence Service (KYP) head Andreas Pentaras submitted on Sunday his resignation to President Anastasiades over phone surveillance technology revelations.
The Hacking Team leak reveals that the KYP is one of its customers.

Government Spokesman Nicos Christodoulides said in a written statement.
President Anastasiades has already briefed the party leaders over the phone on this development while he intends to further discuss the issue at a forthcoming meeting of the parliamentary party leaders Council, Christodoulides concluded.
