In the section : “Privacy aware Operating System”, the authors of the document recommend OpenBSD, Qubes OS and TAILS, in their specific niches.
The OpenBSD operating system is thought to be :
suitable for use in the security industry, for example on firewalls, intrusion detection systems and VPN gateways
OpenBSD 5.7 is to be released this week.
Qubes 3.0 RC1 has just been released.
