Federal prosecutors say the former owner of two New Jersey defense contracting firms has admitted that she conspired to send sensitive military technical data to India.
Hannah Robert now faces a five-year prison term when she’s sentenced July 26.
The 49-year-old North Brunswick resident pleaded guilty Wednesday to conspiracy to violate the Arms Export Control Act by. She admitted sending military technical drawings to India without prior approval of the U.S. State Department.
The drawings included parts used in the torpedo systems for nuclear submarines, in military attack helicopters and in F-15 fighter aircraft.
